His curiosity has also led him to a twenty-plus year career as a creative director, where he has helped reshape and reimagine brands through a lens of integrity, emotional resonance, and contemporary relevance. Before leading global creative direction at Lululemon, Dickies, and H&M Move, Jason began his career in the United Kingdom as a stylist and creative lead, later moving to Italy to contribute to the transformation of Napapijri, a pivotal experience that deepened his love of heritage, culture, and world building.

Over the years, he has collaborated with talents across fashion, music, and popular culture, including Martine Rose, Jane Fonda, Mette, J. Cole, and Erewhon, crafting narratives that bridge art, identity, and modern life. Known for his ability to build desire through humanity rather than hype, Jason brings a multi platform storytelling approach that unites brand strategy with emotional truth.
